Baton Rouge, La. – The Southern
University Ag Center has launched a Coronavirus (COVID-19) Informational website
to provide the Baton Rouge community with up-to-date information about the
virus.
The page contains information from
the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the Governor’s Office of
Homeland Security and Emergency Management (GOHSEP), and the Louisiana
Department of Health.
The page also includes quick tips
on the virus, a prevention fact sheet, a video on proper handwashing, and a
letter from the Southern University System President-Chancellor Dr. Ray Belton.
The page is available here and is also located on
the SU Ag Center’s
Emergency Preparedness Now site.
Effective immediately, all Southern University Ag Center
scheduled events have been canceled.
