Baton Rouge, La – the Urban Forestry Program at Southern
University Ag Center will hold seminar and workshop series, starting Tuesday,
April 21, 2015 at 8:30 am - 5:00 pm in
Room 138, A.O. Williams Hall. Admission is free with on-site registration. The workshop will share the latest
information about our precious urban forests and green infrastructures in
Louisiana. There will be Expert presentations on Education, Research and
Extension activities in Urban and Community Forestry and Urban Natural
Resources. You will also learn about the latest technologies available for
managing City Forests. A forum for diversity and community involvement in urban
forestry and natural resources will be on hand.
